Ariel Higgins

Ariel Higgins is an experienced project manager with a strong background in real estate development and construction management. At Atapco Properties, Inc., Ariel has advanced through roles, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Real Estate Development Intern, overseeing 30 construction projects and facilitating communication between contractors and operations teams. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Finley Asphalt & Sealing, Inc., and coaching at Giant Basketball Academy, where Ariel fostered teamwork and skills among young athletes.
