Stanley Huang

Stanley Huang is a Managing Director at Atar Capital. He focuses on evaluating new investment opportunities, leading financial and operational due diligence and providing financial and operational oversight for Atar’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Atar, Stanley was the CFO of Revolution Capital Group, where he was responsible for overseeing the FP&A functions for portfolio companies and providing operational oversight. He started his private equity career at Platinum Equity where he was responsible for evaluating deals, performing due diligence, and working with lenders, both domestically, and internationally.

Stanley’s corporate finance experience comes from several executive positions which includes serving as Senior Director of Finance at Murad Skin Care, and as Vice-President of Strategic Planning for Goldline International. In these positions he was responsible for managing day-to-day cash flow forecasts, budgeting, evaluating new lines of businesses, and strategic planning.

Stanley gained his audit, consulting and transaction support experience, including leading quality of earnings engagements, at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), McGladrey, and Duff & Phelps.

Stanley holds a B.S. in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and is a licensed CPA (inactive) in the State of California.
