Ted Biderman

Ted Biderman has a wide range of experience in the legal field, with their most recent role being the General Counsel, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary at Atari since November 2022. Before joining Atari, they worked as a Partner at PSL Law Group LLC (formerly Pearl Street Legal, LLC) from November 2013 to January 2023. At PSL, they provided advice on entity choice, financing, securities law, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the healthcare and medical device industry.

Prior to that, Ted held the position of Vice President, Legal and Business Development at LivaNova (formerly Sorin Group) from January 2006 to September 2013. At LivaNova, they oversaw legal and business development matters. Before their role at LivaNova, Ted served as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President at HealthTronics, Inc., where they played a crucial role in various legal aspects, including corporate governance and compliance, securities, intellectual property, FDA compliance, antitrust, healthcare, mergers and acquisitions, contract review, employment, and litigation management counsel.

Ted also has experience working as an Attorney at Miller & Martin from 1996 to 2002. In this role, they likely gained valuable legal experience before transitioning into corporate legal positions.
