Thomas Thorpe has work experience in the field of software development and statistics in the sports industry. In 2018, they worked as a Software Developer at ATASS Sports. Prior to that, they had a summer internship at ATASS Sports in 2016, where they worked on team projects using the programming language R to solve statistical problems related to sports. This included predicting snooker matches using different rating systems and analyzing attributes in horse racing to improve outcome predictions.
Thomas Thorpe attended Bristol Grammar School from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their GCSEs. Thomas then moved on to Bristol Grammar School from 2012 to 2014, during which they obtained their A Levels. Thomas continued their education at the University of Warwick from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Science. Lastly, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science at the University of Warwick.
