Derek Deacon-Rogers

Derek Deacon-Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales leadership, communications, and business consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Sales Leader for Entrepreneurial Growth at ATB Financial, Derek leads a team dedicated to supporting Alberta's small businesses. Previously, as Director of Entrepreneurial Growth, Derek utilized entrepreneurial insights to assist small business owners. As President of Aligned Direction since 2015, Derek has provided tailored solutions for organizations facing challenges in change and growth. Additional roles include Co-Founder at Included By Design, where Derek focused on accessibility and inclusion, and Founder of GenerousSolutions, a platform for nonprofit event management. Earlier career experiences include communications roles at Suncor Energy, TransCanada, and Total E&P Canada. Derek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Mount Royal University.
