Jeff Redel

Jeff Redel has had an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jeff started their career in 1998 at Scotiabank, where they worked as a Consultant in their EBCC department, providing leadership and guidance to new hires and front-line customer care staff. Jeff also handled customer escalations and identified sales lead opportunities.

In 2003, they joined Bell Canada as an Associate Director, leading a team responsible for sales support and service delivery. Jeff provided leadership, coaching, and guidance to their team and managed a $233.4 million revenue portfolio.

In 2012, Jeff joined Strad Energy Services Ltd. as a Manager of Business Systems, where they proactively identified and implemented process and system improvements. Jeff provided support to cross-functional teams and resolved issues identified by senior leadership.

From 2009 to 2018, Jeff owned and operated Tail Blazers, a health food store for pets.

Most recently, in 2018, Jeff joined ATB Financial as the Managing Director of Data & AI Governance. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Data & AI Platforms, where they focused on improving customer experience through automation, process improvement, and leveraging new technologies such as AI and blockchain. Jeff also held a role as a Senior Manager of AI Operations & Application Support.

Jeff Redel has a diverse and extensive education history. Jeff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1998. In 2001, they attended Mount Royal University, where they studied Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching. From 2003 to 2012, Redel pursued Leadership & Coaching at Bell Canada. In 2013, they enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to focus on Lean/Business Process Management, completing their studies in 2015. Redel also attended the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they studied Operations Management.

In addition to their formal education, Redel has obtained numerous certifications.
