Manfred Pereira has held a variety of roles in the technology and customer service industries. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Agent at INFOTRONICS COMMUNICATION PRIVATE LIMITED. Manfred then moved to Merit Group in 2015, where they worked as a Customer Service Team Lead until 2018. In 2018, they joined Glenngarry Marketing Solutions as a Senior Training & Marketing Consultant. Most recently, they have been a Training & Development Manager at American Technology Consulting - ATC since 2020.
