Tamer S.

Tamer S. has a strong background in information and communication technology (ICT) with a focus on leadership and management roles. Tamer started their career in 1992 as a Technical Specialist at ORTI before moving on to various positions in different companies.

In their role as a Technical Support Specialist at Panasonic from 1998 to 2001, Tamer provided online technical support to Panasonic Web Administrators and responded to calls and emails from Panasonic OpCos for IT services.

From 2001 to 2004, Tamer worked as a Technical and Service Desk Team Leader at TNT, where they handled employee complaints and requests and conducted training for new team members.

Tamer then joined Centurion Petroleum Corporation as a Telecommunications Specialist from 2004 to 2005, where they installed and managed equipment and networks for PBX systems, sound systems, CCTV systems, and fire alarm systems.

At Dana Gas, Tamer served as an ICT Focal Point - TL from 2005 to 2016. Their responsibilities included using different tools provided by the technical department and following up on technical problems for two companies.

From 2016 to 2022, Tamer worked at ATC Tech Solutions as an IT Operations Manager - ITOM. Their duties included directing IT technicians, monitoring IT servers and systems, negotiating vendor contracts, and resolving help desk escalations.

Currently, Tamer holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at ATC, starting in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for line managing the ICT teams, specifying and implementing ICT services, monitoring the efficiency and performance of external suppliers, and managing the skills capacity for IT personnel.
