Leah Carrubba

Leah Carrubba, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Sr. Advisor for the Dell Financial Services L&D team, where responsibilities include the design and management of global sales training initiatives. With a robust background in instructional design and program management, Leah has held various roles within Dell Technologies and previous positions at AMD and One West Bank. Active in the community, Leah contributes to the ATD Austin chapter, holding roles such as Board Member and Past President. Leah’s educational background includes a Master’s in Education Guidance & Counseling from Loyola College of Maryland and a Bachelor’s in Sports Management from Towson University.
