Kristen Parker

Kristen Parker has a varied work experience with roles in different companies and industries. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Operations and Communications at ATD Florida Suncoast Chapter since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at KnowBe4 as a QA Content Review Specialist, starting in May 2020. In 2022, Kristen owned their own company, Essential Talent. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Gleim Exam Prep, first as a Video Production Coordinator from September 2016 to February 2019, and later as a Continuing Professional Education Coordinator from September 2014 to February 2019. Before that, they worked at Bayer as a SIM Advocate from February 2012 to August 2012. Kristen's work experience also includes an internship at Florida State University's Museum of Fine Arts from May 2011 to August 2011.

Kristen Parker earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida State University from 2006 to 2011. Kristen later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems & Business Analytics from Colorado State University Global and completed it from 2018 to 2020. In addition, they obtained a USF Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in February 2023 from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
