Ina Heffner

Ina Heffner, MSMOB, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ina is currently working at Salt River Project as a Rotational Managed Development Program Manager. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Human Resources Analyst, Diversity & Inclusion, and Senior HR Analyst - Learning & Development at the same company. Ina has also served as the President and Past President at ATD Valley of the Sun, where they were involved in talent development. Additionally, they worked as a Trainer at Ollison Elsberg Associates and as an Organization Development Consultant independently, focusing on improving organizational effectiveness. Throughout their career, they have actively participated in professional organizations such as Prairie View A&M University, Leadership Houston, OD Network, and BP, where they held the role of Learning Consultant.

Ina Heffner, MSMOB graduated from Benedictine University in 2013 with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Organizational Behavior. Prior to that, they attended Purdue University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ina also obtained a certification as a Certified Neurodiversity Professional from ICBBES in July 2021.
