Radford Harrell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, coaching, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Startup Catalyst & Coach at the Advanced Technology Development Center since August 2019, Radford focuses on fostering technology startups in Savannah and the Low Country. As the CEO and Co-Founder of TalentSoup since April 2006, Radford has collaborated with Fortune 1,000 brands in the advertising sector. Additionally, Radford provides consulting and coaching through One Armada, emphasizing operational and strategic growth for business leaders. Previous roles include serving as Executive Pastor and COO at Community Bible Church Savannah, Marketing Manager for Tissue Science Labs, and CEO of ThoughtBank, showcasing a diverse background in both the nonprofit and medical device sectors. Radford holds a BS in Industrial Design from Auburn University and a Marine Gas Turbine Mechanical degree from the US Navy A & C School, along with certifications as a Scuba Instructor.
