Eva Rehkopf

Eva Rehkopf has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eva began their career in 1996 as a Recruiter and Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Eva then moved on to Ingram Micro, where they worked as a Sr. HR Generalist for almost a decade, from 2000 to 2009. Eva then joined NuVasive as a Director of Human Resources, where they played a key role in changing spine surgery with innovative medical devices and integrated solutions. After leaving NuVasive in 2017, they became the Human Resources Director at nexAir, LLC, one of the largest distributors of atmospheric gases and welding supplies in the United States. Eva later joined Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services as a Senior HR Manager, a position they held from 2018 until early 2021. Currently, Eva is the Director of People & Culture at Alphatec Spine, where they continue to contribute to the growth and development of the company.

Eva Rehkopf completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from Lambuth University between 1992 and 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, which they obtained between 2003 and 2004.
