Karoline Wucherer

Karoline Wucherer has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical engineering. Karoline worked as a Design Engineer at Alphatec Spine in 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Master's thesis at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they also worked as an Instructional Student Assistant in the Writing and Learning Center. Karoline gained industry experience as a Research and Development Intern at Alphatec Spine in 2022, where they designed surgical instruments and carried out test protocols. Karoline also interned at HaptX Inc. as a Biomedical Engineering Intern in 2021, researching human locomotion and developing requirements for a haptic feedback system. Karoline started their professional journey as an Intern at SwiftEyes Innovation Inc. in 2020, where they gained skills in 3D modeling and virtual world development.
