Tanvi Gupta's work experience begins in 2014 as a Research Intern at Stanford University, where they focused on investigating the effects of mutations on enzyme G6PD's structure and stability. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant in the Engineered Cellular Microenvironments Lab at the University of Michigan, where they engineered 3D in vitro spheroid models for ovarian cancer stem cells and investigated the effects of different drugs on the viability of cancer stem cells. In 2017, Tanvi worked as a Student Intern at UCSF Radiology, analyzing bone microstructure data and determining the effect of CT imaging errors on bone mineral density measurements. From 2018 to 2018, they were a Mechanical/Manufacturing Intern in R&D at UTC Aerospace Systems, gaining experience in fabricating composite tape laminates, programming CNC machines, and designing MATLAB applications.
