Nicholas Demarco

Nicholas DeMarco is an Environmental Designer at Atelier Ten since May 2022, specializing in energy analysis for projects across the United States. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Clark Construction Group from August 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed managing sustainability and MEP coordination for the new Australian Embassy in Washington DC, alongside participating in a Virtual Design and Construction rotation aimed at technology implementation. Additionally, Nicholas worked as an MEP Preconstruction Engineer at Clark, focusing on budgeting, subcontractor management, and project procurement. Previous roles include a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Fluor Corporation and CB&I, where exposure to various engineering and project management aspects was gained, as well as a community volunteer role aiding conservation efforts in Turkey. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and has studied at UNSW.
