Aaron Graf has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aaron currently works at Atera as a Customer Success Team Manager. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Success/Technical Support at Everysight from September 2017 to April 2022. Before that, they worked at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, where they held two roles. Aaron was a SaaS ops Application NOC Engineer from February 2014 to November 2016, responsible for monitoring and managing network operations. Aaron also served as a Senior Anti-Fraud Analyst from May 2011 to February 2014, addressing online fraud threats and analyzing forensic data.
Earlier in their career, Aaron served as a First Sergeant in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) from February 2009 to May 2011. Aaron also worked at T-Mobile as an Assistant Retail Store Manager from May 2006 to December 2008, where they focused on sales floor management and coaching sales representatives.
Aaron Graf holds a Master's degree in Counter Terrorism and Homeland Security from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Government Diplomacy & Strategy at the same university from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in PCI DSS and PII from EMC in May 2014.
