Senior Customer Success Manager at Atera

Abigael Amouyal has a range of work experience in various customer success and project management roles. Currently, they are working at Atera as a Strategic Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager and Junior Customer Success Manager at the same company.

Before joining Atera, Abigael worked at Novelty Media as a Compliance Manager & Media Project Manager from 2018 to 2020.

In 2014, they joined Cycurity, where they took on the role of Project Manager. Abigael'sresponsibilities included developing large-scale social media campaign strategies and creating project performance reports. Abigael also served as a Social Media Community Manager & Team Leader, managing online reputation and producing performance reports for clients.

During their earlier career, Abigael gained experience as an Event Planning Manager's Assistant at Alliance Events, TLV, and as a Talent Agency Manager's Assistant (Intern) at Internships Redrock Entertainment Development. Abigael also worked as a Manager's Assistant (Intern) at Reality Rock, where they produced PR reports for a reality television series exhibition and gathered industry information.

Abigael Amouyal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Liberal arts education with a focus on Communication, General at Santa Monica College from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they earned their High School Diploma in French Baccalaureat from Lycee Francais de Los Angeles in the period of 2001 to 2007. Abigael also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya in October 2011.
