Konstantinos Voutsas is a PMP-certified civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction across various sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ATESE, Konstantinos previously held roles at DION TECHNIKI S.A. managing project controls for motorway maintenance, and at kIEFER TEK Ltd as Construction Manager and Health & Safety Director for biogas and hydro-power projects. Prior positions include Construction Manager at OLYMPIOS S.A., overseeing projects such as toll stations and parks, and project coordination at Genecon Development focused on hotel renovations.
