Orkhan Shirinli

Orkhan Shirinli has held various roles in the insurance industry and academia. Orkhan started their career at Kavkaz Insurance as an Insurance Manager from August 2007 to July 2008. Orkhan then joined Ateshgah Insurance Company, where they served as Chief Actuary from July 2008 to January 2017. During their tenure at Ateshgah, they also held the positions of Director of Underwriting and Product Development Department and Deputy CEO. From February 2013 to July 2013, Orkhan worked as a Lecturer of Insurance at Azerbaijan University. In January 2017, they became the Director of the Finance Department at Ateshgah Insurance Company, a role they held until September 2018. Currently, they serve as the Deputy CEO of Ateshgah Insurance Company.

Orkhan Shirinli completed their bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics from Baku State University in 2006. Orkhan then pursued their master's degree in the same field at Baku State University from 2006 to 2009. In 2008, Orkhan participated in the Actuarial Training Program in Azerbaijan and became an Associate member of Azerbaijan Actuarial Association upon completion in 2012. Orkhan also participated in the Manager Training Programme in Munich, Germany for a brief period in 2013.
