Richard Walburn

Richard Walburn has extensive work experience in risk assurance and internal audit. Richard most recently worked as the Group Head of Risk and Internal Audit at ATG (Auction Technology Group) starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PwC, where they held various roles including Senior Manager from July 2021 to January 2023, Manager from July 2018 to June 2021, and Risk Assurance Senior Associate from April 2013 to June 2018. Before joining PwC, Richard also worked as a Sales and Finance Administrator at Melchior Gray from August 2011 to July 2012.

Richard Walburn completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Ripon Grammar School from 1999 to 2006. Richard further pursued their studies and obtained a professional qualification in Accounting and Finance by completing the ACA program at ICAEW from 2013 to 2016.
