Nadia Smith

Nadia S. is an experienced leader in digital health and management, currently serving as Acting Chief Digital Health Officer for the Veterans Health Administration at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since September 2023. In this role, Nadia provides executive-level leadership and guidance for the implementation of a Digital Health strategy. As Chief Executive Officer of Athena Federal Solutions LLC since December 2020 and Vice President of the Digital WOSB Alliance earlier in 2023, Nadia has demonstrated a commitment to advancing organizational goals. Previous roles include Vice President and Senior Principal at Atlas Research, Principal Chief of Staff at Capgemini Government Solutions, and Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where key contributions included driving revenue growth and developing digital services for federal clients. Nadia holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University and a BBA in International Business from The George Washington University.
