Kathleen Mitropoulos

Kathleen Mitropoulos, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Athena Real Estate, LLC since November 2023. Previously, Kathleen held various HR roles at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex between March 2018 and November 2023, culminating in the position of Human Resources Director, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, training program implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. Kathleen's experience also encompasses roles as Human Resources Manager and Coordinator at Tijuana Flats, as well as serving as a Mental Health Therapist at PsychSolutions, Inc., and a Targeted Case Manager at the Family Resource Center of South Florida. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Albizu University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Barry University.
