Fhalguni Patel

Fhalguni Patel has been working as a Human Resources Manager at Athena Surfaces since April 2016. With a CIPD level 5 qualification, Fhalguni is responsible for various HR functions such as issuing contracts, conducting inductions, managing sickness and absence records, and handling disciplinaries and grievances. Fhalguni also ensures legal compliance by making necessary policy changes and conducts training sessions for managers. With previous experience as a Client Services Manager at Nuffield Health and a Sports Coach at Kidderminster Harriers Football Club, Fhalguni has a strong background in managing teams and delivering excellent customer service. Fhalguni holds a degree in Sports Science from the University of Gloucestershire and has completed various CIPD qualifications.
