Kerry Graves

Kerry Graves has extensive experience in training, program management, and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Virtual Training and Design at athenahealth since June 2006. In previous roles at athenahealth, Kerry led multiple teams to enhance training experiences, operationalize reporting processes, and centralize release management. Responsibilities included managing eLearning content, implementing new onboarding strategies, and driving efficient customer experiences. Kerry also contributed to product implementation and communications for major releases, while holding positions that required collaboration across departments. Additionally, Kerry serves as a Board Member for MEDWAY EXTENDED DAY INC M E D I and worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Kaplan Test Prep. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Keene State College and ongoing studies at Villanova University.
