Claudia López Pedreño

Claudia comes from Spain, joined Atheneum in 2011 and is currently leading People Operations as Senior Director, focusing on company excellence and strategic initiatives. Previously, she served as Sr. Director of Global Operations and led Atheneum international expansion and overhauled the company’s operations strategy. She is a seasoned professional with a career-long record of people management and operations management experience. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for overseeing a wide range of key people management and operations management-related activities, as well as for leading the development of strategic plans and for focusing on increasing operational efficiency.

She completed her executive education at Harvard Business School and Wharton Business School in the United States, and attended a leadership program at the London School of Economics. Previously, she received a degree in Political Science from the College of Europe (Belgium) and the Complutense University (Spain).
