Paulsen J Siahaan

Paulsen J Siahaan has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Paulsen J currently holds the position of VP of Technology at Solfin, where they report directly to the Chief of Business Unit and oversees a team of 30 members. Paulsen J provides strategic direction for technology implementation within the company and actively participates in management meetings.

Prior to their current role, Paulsen worked as the Head of Engineering at Solfin, where they collaborated with the CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Business Strategy to align financial services offerings with the company's vision. Paulsen J also oversaw the partnership with a financial institution from an engineering perspective.

Before joining Solfin, Paulsen worked as a Technology Expert at Atheneum. Paulsen J also held various positions at PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (NobuBank), including Head of Application Development and Head of IT Digital Product Solution. In these roles, they spearheaded the planning and development of digital loan products and addressed security concerns. Paulsen J also played a key role in the planning and architectural design of essential projects.

Prior to NobuBank, Paulsen worked at a stealth mode financial services startup as a Tech Jedi. Paulsen J developed application architecture and created API services to enhance user experience. Paulsen J also established production and development environments across platforms.

Before that, Paulsen worked at PT Kapal Api Global as a Development Manager, overseeing mobile development projects. Paulsen J also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Baboo (PT. Baboo Digital Indonesia), managing a team of developers and implementing Agile methodologies.

Paulsen also has experience as a Sr. Android Developer at OVO (PT Visionet Internasional), where they worked on transaction history, bill payment, and transfer modules. Paulsen J also worked briefly as a Sr. Android Developer at Kurio.

Early in their career, Paulsen worked as an Engineer at Samsung Electronics, focusing on research and development in mobile technology. Paulsen J followed Agile Scrum Methodology and preloaded apps on Samsung devices for seamless accessibility.

Paulsen J Siahaan completed their education at BINUS University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information System (S1). Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Del Polytechnic of Informatics and earned a diploma in Engineering of Informatics (Amd). Additionally, Paulsen received a certification in Management Risk Certification from LSPP in January 2021.
