Diego Chulan has extensive experience in client systems support and help desk management, currently serving as the Client Systems Support and Help Desk Manager at Athens State University since February 2019, contributing to user support and troubleshooting resources. Diego also holds roles such as interim Help Desk Manager and Help Desk Technician, where collaboration with IT services has been essential.
