Cynthia Vuotto

Cynthia Vuotto is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Responsable RH at Athéo Ingénierie and Diatem, Cynthia is instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies while ensuring the well-being of approximately 150 employees across three companies. Previous roles include leading HR and communication efforts at Atomx System and managing training programs for over 1,000 collaborators at CAH. Cynthia has held vital training leadership positions at Lidl and Mars Inc., with responsibilities ranging from competency development to change management. Cynthia holds multiple master’s degrees in Human Resources Management, Sociology, and training engineering, along with relevant certifications in digital project management and community management.
