Sydney Taylor

Sydney Taylor is a dedicated professional in the field of policy and advocacy, currently serving as a Policy & Programs Associate at Athlete Ally since June 2022, where responsibilities include co-leading the development of the 2024 Athlete Activism Summit and managing various event logistics. Previously, Sydney held multiple leadership roles at William & Mary, including President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and DEI Chair, where initiatives focused on promoting diversity and inclusion among student-athletes. Other experiences include a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern role with the City of Stamford and serving as Advocacy Lead at Voice in Sport™, emphasizing Title IX and gender equity. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from William & Mary and was a Division I volleyball player.
