Elaine Wu

Elaine Wu is an experienced customer service and happiness professional, currently serving as the Customer Happiness Manager for Athletic Greens since February 2022, where responsibilities include supervising the China Customer Happiness teams, enhancing performance metrics, and managing complex customer issues. Prior to this role, Elaine was a Customer Success Manager at italki, where user engagement and policy transmission were key focuses. Elaine has also held managerial positions at Allbirds, overseeing online operations in China, and at Booking.com, where coaching and team improvement were emphasized. Elaine holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle and a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Business from Temasek Polytechnic.
