Kimberly Gresham

Kimberly Gresham has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kimberly currently serves as the Director of Finance and Administration at Athletic Republic since 2018. In 2019, they became a Real Estate Investor at G & G Property Ventures, LLC.

Prior to these roles, Kimberly worked at the Maryland State Education Association from 2015 to 2019, where they held the position of Managing Director of Member Operations. During their tenure, they streamlined membership processing, implemented quality audits, and increased process accuracy.

From 2007 to 2014, Kimberly was the Director of Financial Operations at Nielsen Audio (formerly Arbitron, Inc.). Kimberly revitalized the company's performance and improved financial operations, resulting in increased revenue and improved financial reporting.

Before that, they worked at SunRocket, Inc. from 2004 to 2007 as the Director of Marketing Operations and Financial Analysis & Reporting. Kimberly played a crucial role in establishing sales and revenue processes for the VoIP telecom startup.

Kimberly also worked at MCI Telecommunications (now Verizon) from 1995 to 2004 as a Senior Finance and Business Operation Manager. During their time there, they contributed to the company's exponential growth and helped create scalable systems.

Their career started at Xerox Corporation in 1992, where they served as the Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Kimberly achieved cost reductions, improved customer satisfaction, and managed financial planning processes.

Kimberly Gresham earned their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Virginia Tech between 1984 and 1988. Kimberly then went on to pursue further education and completed their MBA in Finance at The George Washington University from 1989 to 1991.
