Cathleen Santoso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth, operations, and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Growth and Operations at Athletic Ventures since January 2024, Cathleen co-founded and directed rare studios au from February 2023 to March 2024.
