Damien Fitzpatrick

Damien Fitzpatrick is the Founder and CEO of PILLAR Performance, a company dedicated to providing innovative micronutrition products for athletes, launched in July 2021. In addition to their role at PILLAR, Fitzpatrick is a member of Athletic Ventures and serves on the board of the Rugby Union Players' Association (RUPA), where Damien has held the position of President since 2018, advocating for the interests of 192 professional rugby players in Australia and internationally. Fitzpatrick boasts an extensive rugby career, playing professionally for teams such as Waratahs Rugby, Stade Français Paris, and LOU RUGBY from 2008 to 2020. Fitzpatrick holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Macquarie University.
