Maddy Proud

Maddy Proud is an accomplished athlete currently playing for the NSW Swifts since November 2016, while also serving as a support worker at What Ability since November 2021. In addition, Maddy has been a partner at Athletic Ventures since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a marketing intern and community development project officer at the City of Unley from November 2015 to January 2021, and as a receptionist at Physio Xtra from 2013 to 2015. Maddy began professional experience in customer service as a checkout attendant at Foodland Supermarkets from 2011 to 2013. Academically, Maddy holds a Master of Creative Writing from Macquarie University (2018-2020) and completed undergraduate studies at the University of South Australia from 2012 to 2016, following education at Sacred Heart College from 2009 to 2011.
