Rachael Haynes

Rachael Haynes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sports management and business development. Currently serving as the General Manager and Head of the Sydney Sixers since August 2023, Rachael also acts as an Ambassador for UNICEF Australia and holds a partnership position at Athletic Ventures. Previously, Rachael was a Board Member of the Australian Cricketers' Association and an athlete for Cricket Australia and Sydney Thunder. Rachael's background includes roles in commercial operations and marketing with organizations such as Cricket Australia and Bowls Australia, complemented by an academic foundation with a Master's in Business Administration focused on Organizational Leadership.
