Trent Copeland

Trent Copeland is a seasoned professional in the sports and media industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Sydney Thunder since February 2024 and as a Director at the Australian Cricketers' Association. With extensive experience as a television presenter for Seven Network since November 2018, Trent has hosted major events including the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. In addition, Trent is a partner at Athletic Ventures, focusing on growth and investment in championship-grade teams, and has held roles including Strategy & Growth Manager and Professional Cricketer at Cricket NSW. Trent’s background also includes writing and commentary for The Daily Telegraph and ABC Radio, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration from Kaplan Business School and a Master of International Sports Management from Southern Cross University.
