Daniel is a Creative Director at Athletics. As a designer and director, Daniel has worked with companies of all sizes to articulate their brands. With an emphasis on identity, systems, motion, and interaction design, Daniel leads a team of designers to create strategically sound and emotionally impactful work. He started his career in the streetwear industry and found a passion for brand building, using his skills in type design and symbol-making but in a different format. Before Athletics, Daniel was Creative Director at Butchershop and Interbrand NY. His work has supported the growth of brands like Amazon, At-Bay, Bally’s Gaming, Boston Consulting Group, Coach, Dataiku, Microsoft, NielsenIQ, and Tapestry. Daniel’s work has been recognized by Art Directors Club, Clio, Communication Arts, Red Dot Design, Transform Magazine, and Webbys. Daniel is originally from Baltimore, MD, and currently resides in Brooklyn, New York with his fiancé and their dog Whiskey.
