Lana Nguyen

Lana Nguyen has extensive work experience in the insurance and finance industry. Lana currently holds the position of Senior Director, New Business & Pensions at Athora since July 2022. Prior to this role, they have served as the Regional Head of Balance Sheet Management and Head of Balance Sheet Management at Athora from January 2021 to July 2022 and August 2020 to July 2022 respectively. Lana also worked as a Senior Director at Athora from April 2017 to August 2020.

Lana Nguyen's previous experiences include working as a Pricing Actuary, European Acquisitions at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated from May 2015 to April 2017, and as a Reporting Actuary at Hannover Rück SE from September 2011 to May 2015. Lana began their career at Allianz as a Corporate Actuary from 2008 to August 2011.

In addition to their insurance and finance roles, Lana Nguyen has also been involved in other professional endeavors. Lana has served as an Angel Investor at Angel Academe - increasing female investment starting from January 2022. Lana will also take on the role of Membership Experience Director at PWN Milan from June 2023 onward.

Lana Nguyen attended the Harvard Business School in 2023, where they completed the General Management Program. Prior to that, Lana enrolled in the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, although specific details such as the start and end years, degree name, and field of study are unknown.
