Thariq Kara

Thariq Kara is the CEO and Co-Founder of BITE: Trade, Cyber & Financial Compliance, a platform focusing on trade compliance. Thariq is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Athstat LLC, a data management and analytics company. Thariq previously served as Chief Data Architect at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and as a Program Manager. During their time at ICE, Thariq led efforts in data restructuring and governance, winning awards for their exceptional work. Thariq also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at SAIC. Thariq holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
