Don Newman

Don Newman has an extensive work experience in various companies. Don started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in 1987. In 1991, they became an Executive Director of Financial Management at NRG Energy, where they worked until 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Controller at ACI Worldwide, and from 2006 to 2010, they held the role of Vice President of Corporate Controller at Boart Longyear. In 2010, they joined Headwaters Incorporated as the Chief Financial Officer and remained in that position until 2017. Don then worked as the Chief Financial Officer at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, a position they have held since 2020.

Don Newman attended Morgan Park High School from 1979 to 1982. Don then pursued a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completing their degree in 1987.
