Dr. Cemil Uzun

Dr. Cemil UZUN serves as the Chief Technology Officer at WTECHIN Software Information Technology and Consultancy since June 2021, and has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Atilim University since September 2013, teaching courses in Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Application Development, and Computer Engineering. Previously, Dr. UZUN held various leadership roles, including General Manager and CTO at YD Software & Technology and Assistant General Manager and CTO at BilgeAdam, where responsibilities included portfolio management, team leadership, and software quality management. Dr. UZUN's professional certifications include PMP, ITIL, PSM I, MCT, MCSE, and MCSD, among others. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Education & Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Middle East Technical University.
