Tolga Mataracioglu

Tolga Mataracioğlu is a seasoned expert in cyber security with extensive experience at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM since May 2005, where roles have included Senior Chief Researcher and Unit Manager at the Cyber Security Institute, focusing on strategic, psychological, and sociological aspects of information security. Mataracioğlu has managed projects involving information security governance, risk analysis, ISO 27001 consultation, and cyber security training. In addition to a part-time instructor role at Atilim University, Mataracioğlu held the position of Head of Informatics and Cyber Security Department at the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology for a brief period in 2021. Mataracioğlu's educational background includes degrees from Istanbul Technical University and Middle East Technical University, specializing in telecommunications and information systems.
