Stephan Escape

Stephan Escape has extensive experience in the HR and financial BPO services industry. Stephan began their career at CGI Informatique as an HR Access Consultant and Project Manager, where they oversaw payroll and talent management implementation projects. Stephan then moved on to CGI Informática, where they served as an HR Access Project Manager and HR practice lead, focusing on talent management modules. In 1995, Stephan joined IBM (US) as the US HR Access Services Manager, responsible for launching HR Access Professional Services in the US and handling international HCM projects. Stephan later worked at Meta4 as the International Executive R&D Manager, managing a team to adapt payroll and talent management solutions for the French and US markets. Stephan then joined IBM Global Services as the eHR Solution Manager, leading the definition and sales of HR solutions in Spain, including services, software, and hardware. Stephan continued their career at HR Access Solutions as the Operations Director Spain & Portugal, where they played a critical role in business development, transformation, and the establishment of a professional services organization. Currently, Stephan serves as the Sales Operations Director at Grupo Atisa, one of the leading HR and financial BPO service providers in Spain, with a strong customer orientation and a wide range of services across multiple locations in Iberia.

Stephan Escape obtained their MBA in Management from Henley Business School in the UK, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec in Paris, France, from 1986 to 1989.
