Robert Dale is currently serving as a Support Systems Analyst at Morrison Foerster, where Robert implements Remote Desktop Connections to diagnose end user issues, logs and manages end user issues using Service Now ticketing software, and provides support for various mobile devices and desktop applications. Robert also assists in addressing internet connectivity issues, network problems, and VPN connectivity issues for end users. In addition, Robert works as an IT Consultant at The Phoenix Group (Morrison & Foerster Law Firm), supporting attorneys and managing core applications. Prior to these roles, Robert has experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst at DB Schenker and has held positions at Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. in various technical support and information roles. Robert completed their education at Smoky Hill High School.
