Debbie Merklinger

Debbie Merklinger has extensive experience in real estate and marketing, currently serving as the Supervising Broker at Atkinson Realty since September 2013. Prior to this role, Debbie owned Woods Creek Grocery & Cafe from September 2008 to February 2011, where responsibilities included designing the company logo, website, and menu, as well as training employees. From 2002 to 2007, Debbie worked as the Marketing Director and Licensed Realtor at Prudential Commonwealth Realty, where expertise in marketing and real estate sales was utilized, including the role of Corporate Relocation Specialist. Debbie's career began in advertising sales at Eagle Summit Publishing from 1996 to 2000. Debbie holds a BA in Journalism from Marshall University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
