Brent Maddox Ceng Mice

Brent Maddox CEng MICE is an experienced Senior Project Manager at AtkinsRéalis, currently leading the M5 J10 Improvement Scheme since October 2020. Previously, Brent held various leadership roles at Arup, including Eastern West Rail Highways Discipline Lead and High Speed 2 Phase 2a Route Civils/Highways Discipline Lead from September 2014 to September 2020, and was also the DCO Lead for the A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon Improvement Scheme. Prior to Arup, Brent worked at Amey as a Professional Services Team Leader, Project Manager, and Senior Civil Engineer from May 2011 to August 2014, and at AECOM as a Principal Engineer for Major Roads from September 2008 to February 2011. Brent began the engineering career at Durban Municipality in South Africa, where roles spanned from Engineer to Senior Engineer in both the Roads Provision and Traffic and Transportation Departments from January 1995 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering focused on Transportation Engineering & Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
