Tyler Bauer

Tyler Bauer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in plant management and defense operations. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Atkore since March 2023, Tyler previously held the position of Director of Defense Operations and Government Program Manager at Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding from June 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Tyler worked at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc., in various roles including Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Area Manager from October 2017 to March 2023. Tyler's experience also includes leadership in aircraft assembly at Bell Flight and service as a CH-46 Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps. Tyler holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business Management from Bellevue University.
