David Pierce

David Pierce's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Real Estate and Asset Management at Atlanta BeltLine since 2015. In this role, they lead a team dedicated to driving equitable outcomes in the built environment. David is responsible for implementing efficiency and process initiatives on behalf of the COO, as well as managing a $56M annual budget. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Land Financial Analyst at Beazer Homes from 2014 to 2015, where they reviewed land acquisitions for financial feasibility and developed templates for land-related topics. David also has experience as a Research Associate at the American Transportation Research Institute from 2010 to 2014, focusing on freight transportation studies and collaborating with public and private sector officials. David began their career as a Senior Associate at RCLCO from 2007 to 2009, where they conducted feasibility studies for real estate consulting projects.

David Pierce obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography from Penn State University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in City Planning.
