Dave Pierce

Dave Pierce joined ABI in 2015 and serves as Vice President of Real Estate and Asset Management with over a decade of experience in real estate and transportation. He leads the real estate team’s efforts to acquire land needed to complete the Atlanta BeltLine. Pierce also manages the real estate aspects of developments along the Atlanta BeltLine, as well as oversees the management of Atlanta BeltLine assets. Pierce graduated from Georgia Tech with an M.S. in City Planning along with a B.S. from Penn State. He lives in Candler Park with his husband and can be found most nights running on Atlanta BeltLine trails.
